Be strong! Be happy! Be thankful! Love yourself!
It may seem pointless. It may seem tough. You may struggle with that. But remember that it is important. And remember. You are worth it! You deserve it! You can do it!

My mindfulness journey started when I read “You Are a Badass” by Jen Sincero. She spoke a lot of loving yourself and positive affirmations in your life. Especially loving yourself. Loving myself, and who I am, is one affirmation I always need to remind myself of.
